Jones Sports Group (JSG) is a boutique, founder-led hockey representation and management agency based in Upstate New York. We work in two ways: the Pro Division represents professional athletes, and Family Advising works with young players and the families behind them. Our services are personal development plans, development camp placement, contract negotiation, NIL marketing, draft preparation, off-ice resources and family advising. ### What is the difference between a hockey agent and a family advisor? A hockey agent represents a professional player, negotiating contracts with teams and managing the business side of a career. A family advisor works with a younger player and their family before that point, helping them make informed decisions about development, camps, junior, college and the steps in between. JSG does both: Pro Division representation for professional athletes, and Family Advising for families. ### Which leagues and levels does JSG work with?
